Premium Plus Software Service (PPL). PPL includes telephone support (for problem determination, error correction, isolation and verification, and installation support) seven days per week by 24 hours per day. PPL also includes a copy of, and license to, future software revisions and updates, and a copy of related documentation changes as they become available.

Premium Software Service (PSW). PSW includes telephone support(for problem determination, error correction, isolation and verification, and installation support) five days per week by 24 hours per day. PSS also includes a copy of, and license to, future software revisions and updates, and a copy of related documentation changes as they become available.

Preferred Software Service (PSS). PSS includes telephone support(for problem determination, error correction, isolation and verification, and installation support) between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday. Basic Software Service (BSS). BSS includes telephone support(for problem determination, error correction, isolation and verification, and installation support) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday. License Update Service (LUS). LUS includes a copy of, and license to, future software revisions and updates, and a copy of related documentation changes as they become available.
